While it doesn’t hold its own CE protection rating, you can pair the Vayu Runa with a low-profile, protection Level AA base layer, like the Shell UH 03 or Shell WW Black 02, or go with a more protective Level AAA style like the Commando UH Black or Bia Black.

Mesh panels under the arms enhance airflow, while the Vayu Runa’s moisture-wicking properties work to keep you dry for distraction-free riding. On top of this, a special treatment has been used on the fabric to give it a soft-to-touch hand feel, and the seams have been expertly reinforced to deliver an anti-friction experience, allowing you to wear this jersey on your bare skin without worrying about chafing.
