We thought nothing could be cooler than black, but it turns out we were wrong. The gray FSR is seriously cool!

Straight from the lab

We added a low-slung black FSR street bike to our model lineup, and it seemed like the most beautiful thing in the world. Until we had the idea to paint it gray. The glossy gray fuel tank and side panels look so hot that you just have to see it. Be warned – even black lovers like us can become addicted to this color.

Close to the ground

We wanted to create a bike that would be sportier than the others in our range. Okay, our understanding of sportiness differs slightly from the norm, and the FSR is not exactly a motocross bike, but that doesn’t bother us much. It’s still a Mutt – a low, bold character – but with a particularly sporty and competitive nature. The FSR differs from other models in its lightweight 17-inch cast aluminum rims. Together with street tires, the rims form a combination that allows you to fly into corners and shoot out of them onto straights. With smaller wheels, we were able to bring the seat closer to the ground. If your legs aren’t as long as a model’s, or you just prefer a bike that you can comfortably put your feet down on, then the FSR is for you – it’s the lowest of our bikes.

It’s always in the details

A closer look at this bike reveals details and finishes you may not have noticed before, from the hand-crafted stainless steel mudguard mounts to the rear gas shocks that keep the FSR firmly planted on the ground. You are probably already familiar with our aluminum low handlebar, but it has been upgraded with lightweight aluminum and rubber grips and Mutt Motorcycles handlebar end decorations. That’s right – a theme is developing here. Other new features worth mentioning are the specially shaped side plates and heat shield for the muffler, which give the FSR a low center of gravity and sporty look. The FSR will put a smile on your face whether you’re zipping around town or burning rubber on the open road.
